“the capability to get a handle on use of information and pictures posted on social networking is bound and will have a tremendously severe affect a child or young individual while the individual publishing the information and knowledge.”
Ms Rienets said there was indeed no applications or litigation in Australia “by a kid or young individual against a moms and dad for the book or dissemination of photographs which have triggered embarrassment to that particular young person”.
“It is hoped that litigation by a young child against a moms and dad for publishing photographs will never be necessary in Australia,” she stated.
